Tara & I have been messaging back and forth for a few weeks now, discussing her maternity session that was scheduled for yesterday. I woke up Tuesday morning to a message from her saying she had been having contractions but would keep me updated. An hour later I received another message that read “Contractions are less than 7 minutes apart.”

I knew this meant our session was not happening!

Not even an hour later, my phone dinged and it read “I just had her!”
